Our Manly House is well into construction with the external scaffold recently being taken down to reveal the elegant composition in full. Scheduled to complete in late May 2016 the house occupies a narrow slice of land directly opposite North Steyne Beach at Manly in Sydney's northern beaches.

Our recently completed Griffiths Teas Display Suite to launch the sales of the 38 boutique apartments to market has been spectacularly successful, selling out in under an hour. Developer Cornerstone and sales agents CBRE were suitably happy with the outcome.
