We were commissioned by The Stamford Residences in The Rocks, Sydney, to design a contemporary upgrade for the entry foyer and mailboxes. Constructed by Nalcon, the upgrade was completed this month. The aged brass mailboxes were crafted in collaboration with both Creative Metal Fabrication and Mailmaster. Lighting from KKDC and Erco illuminate the installation and entry respectively, accentuating the mailboxes and the expressive quartzite slab from Artedomus. The respectful intervention complements the character and charm of the existing building.
The construction of our previously featured precast house is well underway, with the final panels on the second storey having been lifted into place. We are excited to see ROC Engineering Design’s innovative structural design solutions taking shape. The upper level roof structure is now nearing completion as we approach the next construction milestone.
